Wavelength light of 500 nm or below, which causes glare and blurring of contrast, is light rays with high scattering rates and high levels of energy.
The CCP absorption lenses developed by Tokai Optical are able to suppress 380 to 500 nm blue wavelength lights, which have major effects on the retina and cornea, and relieve discomfort from eye disorders that make people sense glare.
In addition to being made of plastic and easy to handle, they are also available at affordable prices, so please be sure to give them a try.

CCP AT lenses are absorption lenses with a photochromic function where mainly absorption colors that reduce glare indoors are automatically produced by sunlight.
They eliminate the need to switch lenses when moving from indoors to outdoors and vice versa, and provide comfort by suppressing glare.
- One pair of glasses eliminates the need to switch in order to adapt to the differences in indoor and outdoor glare.
- They provide natural vision indoors by suppressing glare from sources such as lighting equipment with the main absorption colors.
- They immediately suppress glare when stepping outdoors because the colors change quickly when exposed to sunlight.

Precautions for absorption lenses with a photochromic function
- Density may change depending on differences in temperature, weather, and amounts of ultraviolet radiation.
- It is extremely dangerous when entering dark places such as tunnels when the density is high because vision is decreased due to insufficient light.
Controls absorption by picking out harmful rays.
High-performance glass lenses that are adaptable to any situation.
High-performance glass lenses that cut out harmful ultraviolet radiation and wavelength light of 500 nm or below, which are a cause of glare, with a photochromic function that automatically accommodates the amounts of sunlight that enter.
The photochromic function that accommodates incoming light rays alleviates photosensitivity, decreased contrast functions, and decreased adaption to darkness.

Viewnal PLUS is a lens that has both absorption and polarizing functions. That is why glare caused by blue light and glare caused by diffused reflection are both reduced simultaneously. It is recommended for those who are unable to experience sufficient reductions of glare with conventional absorption lenses.
