DX refinement process

DX refinement process is the key technology of “Neo Wide Area Design” that improves the performance of the existing progressive surface. The new technology has been realized by dramatically extending the far vision field by adopting”Wide Boost Progressive Surface”, and also effectively reducing the aberration by adopting “Hyper Clearness Progressive Surface”on the basis of the “Comfortable & Wide Far Vision Field Design”.

The MC method that was adapted to “RESONAS” has been introduced for the both sides of the lenses for further evolution. With this, smoother & clearer vision as well as lighter & thinner lenses have been realized, which is very close to a single vision.

In addition to the aspheric surface, a progressive surface and aspheric lens surface with compensated degree have also been mutually applied. The design of this idealized aspheric surface produced a vision with clarity comparable to a single vision lens.
