I cannot see things clearly somehow although I made new eyeglasses! Do you select most suitable lenses for you?

Improve the condition with a lens design, or improve your vision with the aid of lenses for curved frames.

I can see things clearly with the new eyeglasses, but I occasionally feel somewhat uncomfortable or tired.
It may be attributable to the shape of the eyeglass frame or the properties of the eyes.

Uncomfortable feeling with a deep-curve frame

When you make eyeglasses with a deep-curve frame, you occasionally feel that visibility is worse than the eyeglasses you usually use.
Although you see something with both eyes, it is out of focus somewhat and looks blurry.
In this case, optical performance is deteriorated due to the displacement of the optical axis relative to the line of vision, and satisfaction with visibility consequently declines.

Uncomfortable feeling with bifocal lenses

Also from some users of bifocal lenses, we have heard visibility trouble.
As the lens design or type changes, you may not use the middle area or the near vision zone appropriately.
Stronger power (add) for near vision than the previously used eyeglasses makes you feel difficult to use the new eyeglasses occasionally.

Countermeasures / Improvements
  • Considering the positional relationship of the eyes, select lenses with an optimized design based on information about the wrap angle and the vertex distance.
  • Familiarize yourself with the characteristics of bifocal lenses, and learn the range of visibility and how to use them.
  • Select bifocal lenses that introduce neuroscience and are easy to wear.
